FULL TIME POSITION

INSIDE SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The Candidate – BILINGUAL – English & French

This position serves as the primary contact for customers and is responsible for outbound sales/promotional calls

· BILINGUAL – English & French

· Conducts customer awareness activities by performing sales function over the telephone . Leads, develops relationships and enters orders

· Organize & implement follow-up approach to ensure bookings and highest quality customer care

· Pursue and develop new sales opportunities, following up on all leads provided and manage the sales cycle

· Keep Sales Reps up-to-date on all new programs and co-ordinate their weekly mailings

· Participate in planning and setting up trade shows

· Must be high energy, proactive and highly motivated with the drive to perform outstanding customer care

· Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills; strong communication skills; reliable, punctual and professional

· Strong computer skills required and if you’re web savvy, that’s a plus

· High School Grad with post secondary education
